Case 2. Cryostat section of muscle stained with hematoxylin and eosin demonstrates an intramuscular arteriole with mural infiltrate of lymphocytes and histiocytes and luminal obliteration. No eosinophils were present; however, the biopsy was obtained one week after IV corticosteroid administration.
