Analysis of ∼106 Spiral Galaxies from Four Telescopes Shows Large-Scale Patterns of Asymmetry in Galaxy Spin Directions

The number of clockwise and counterclockwise galaxies in the COSMOS field, and in the field of SDSS, Pan-STARRS, and DECam centered at COSMOS. The P values are the one-tail binomial probabilities [81] of having asymmetry equal or greater than the observed asymmetry when the probability of a galaxy to spin in a certain direction is 0.5.
