Advances in Nonlinear Analysis and Optimization
Description
It is well known that nonlinear analysis plays an important role in optimization filed, including various reformulation techniques of optimization problems, variation inequalities and complementarity problems, analyzing convergence of algorithms, and dealing with KKT conditions. There also has been much attraction towards nonlinear analysis and optimization during the past decades. Many international conferences and workshops were held in light of this stream. In view of growing interests in these topics, we plan to organize this special.
We invite investigators to contribute original research articles as well as review articles that will stimulate the continuing efforts to the aforementioned stream. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
- Algorithms for optimization problems
- Complementarity problems
- Convex optimization theory
- Mathematical programs with equilibrium constraints
- Maximal monotone operator problems
- Nonsmooth optimization problems
- Semidefinite programming problems
- Second-order cone programming problems
- Symmetric cone programming problems
- Variational inequality problems
Before submission authors should carefully read over the journal's Author Guidelines, which are located at http://www.hindawi.com/journals/aaa/guidelines/. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Manuscript Tracking System at http://mts.hindawi.com/submit/journals/aaa/anao/ according to the following timetable:
