The time-frequency intersection pattern refers to the combination of the time-variance patter containing instantaneous powers (or their square roots) for all time frames and the frequency-variance patter with the instantaneous spectrum at power peak. (The time-variance pattern is illustrated as the line along with the spectrum-peaks.)
