Expression profile of cytokines and chemokines in RCC cell lines. Expression data of cytokines and chemokines in the RCC cell lines Caki-1, 786-O, RCC4, and A498 as well as in the nonmalignant renal cell line RC-124 were measured performing a DNA array (Human Cytokines & Chemokines RT2 Profiler PCR Array; Qiagen) and expressed as relative mRNA normalized to nonmalignant RC-124 cells (RC-124 = 1.0). Cytokines and chemokines were classified into the four groups of chemokines (a), growth factors (b), TNF superfamily members (c), and interleukins (d).
