Aloesin Suppresses Cell Growth and Metastasis in Ovarian Cancer SKOV3 Cells through the Inhibition of the MAPK Signaling Pathway

<div>Aloesin inhibits the phosphorylated levels of MAPK signaling pathway. Western blot analysis of the protein levels of MAPK family members in SKOV3 cells with distinct doses of aloesin treatment. Both the total level and phosphorylated level of each member were detected. <i>β</i>-actin was developed as a loading control.</div>
