VDRM inhibits Th17 differentiation in vitro. Purified mouse naïve CD4+T cells were differentiated into Th17 cells in vitro under Th17 differentiation conditions for 4 days in the presence or absence of VDR ligands. Differentiated Th17 cells were then washed and restimulated with plate bound anti-CD3 mAb for 18 h. The supernatant was then measured for the expression of IL-17 (a) and Il-22 (b) by ELISA.
