Allowed regions in the plane from the combination of reactor neutrino experiments, the Gallex and Sage calibration sources experiments, and the ILL and Bugey-3-energy spectra. The data are well fitted by the neutrino hypothesis, while the no-oscillation hypothesis is disfavored at 99.97% C.L ().
