Specifically, the absence of modulation is here rejected at 8σ CL. The two regions differ in the choice of parameter ; namely (upper) and (lower). In blue are instead represented the constraints coming from beam dumped neutrino experiments and supernovæ observations taken from [95, 96]. (b) A compilation of the latest constraints in the plane.
