High Energy Neutrino Emission from Astrophysical Jets in the Galaxy

A 2-dimensional plot (jet cross-section, depicting a slice cut parallel to the -plane) of the strongest components of the jet magnetic field, in PLUTO simulation units. We can see that the toroidal component (ringwise) constitutes a significant part of the field, while other magnetic lines form part of the poloidal component, especially near the jet axis.
