(1)  compute  𝑅𝑖(𝑞∗𝑖,𝑡𝑓)  and  𝑄𝑖(𝑞∗𝑖,𝑡𝑓)  employing  Algorithm  1;

(2)  set  𝑞∗𝑖=̂𝑞𝑖  using  {𝑅𝑖,𝑑𝑡}  or  {𝑄𝑖,𝛽𝑡}  to  avoid  violation  of  constraints;

(3)  compute  𝑌𝑖(𝑀𝑖())=max𝑞∑𝑁𝑗=1𝑗≠𝑖𝑀𝑗(𝑞𝑗,𝑡𝑓)  employing  (5);

(4)  compute  𝐿𝑖(𝑞∗);

(5)  𝑝𝑖=𝑌𝑖(𝑀−𝑖())−𝐿𝑖(𝑞∗);

(6)  repeat  steps  (1)  to  (4)  with  different  𝑑  or/and  𝛽.
