The Assessment of Noise Estimation and Noise Control Work

Call for Papers

Because high noise levels can lead to psychological and physiological discomfort, the assessment of noise estimation and noise control work becomes crucial.

We would like to invite researchers to contribute original research as well as review articles that will help advance knowledge and understanding in the field of pure acoustics and applied acoustics. Articles presenting the results of experimental investigations as well as modeling work on noise sources and their strategies are welcomed. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Active and passive noise control
  • Industrial and machinery noise
  • Architectural acoustics
  • Computational acoustics and numerical techniques
  • Sound and vibration sources, source localization, and sound propagation
  • Materials for noise and vibration control
  • Muffler design
  • Acoustical Panel
  • Acoustical Enclosure
