The logarithmic Range-Corrected Signal (blue) and its Discrete Wavelet Transform (green) of the profile around 9 : 00 UTC. The DWT is calculated with a Haar function of 150 m width. The red line is set at the height corresponding to the first maximum of the DWT exceeding the threshold of 0.5 and represents the estimate of the PBL height at that moment. This threshold is the only parameter to be tuned in the wavelet analysis.
