True Positive (TP):	The cyclone produces rain and the test is positive.
False Positive (FP):	The cyclone does not produce rain but the test is positive.
True Negative (TN):	The cyclone does not produce rain and the test is negative.
False Negative (FN):	The cyclone does produce rain but the test is negative.
Positive (P):	Sum of TP and FN.
Negative (N):	Sum of TN and FP.
