Supplementary Material

To investigate the effect of moisture absorption to the structure of Ag NPs film, the energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and Raman spectroscopy measurements were used to analyze the composition of Ag NPs film before and after humidity cycling as shown in figure S1 and S2. Found that the amount of compositions in EDS spectra of Ag NPs film that are shown slightly fluctuation at after humidity cycling, which is consistent with the result of Raman spectroscopy.
