Effect of α-Fe2O3 on the growth of breast cancer cell lines MCF-7. Cells are seeded in 96-well plates and incubated with different concentrations of α-Fe2O3 and noted after 24 h maintaining at 37°C. Cell viabilities are determined by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Data points are presented as means ± SD of triplicate experiments.
