Find the optimal allowable number of minor damages in a blades system.

Input: 𝑛_𝑏,𝑓(⋅),𝑝,𝐿_𝑜,𝐿_𝑒,𝑐_𝑜,𝑐_𝑒,𝑐_𝑟,𝑐_𝑝,𝑐_𝑚,𝑊,𝐸,𝑓.

Step  1. Set 𝑁∶=1,CR(0)∶=∞.

Step  2. Compute 𝐹_𝑌(⋅), 𝛿₁₁(1), 𝛿₁₂(⋅,1), 𝛿₁₃(⋅) and 𝛿₂₁(⋅).

Step  3. Compute 𝐹_𝑇𝑁(⋅), 𝛿₁₁(𝑁+1) and 𝛿₁₂(⋅,𝑁+1).

Step  4. Compute 𝑄(𝑁).

Step  5. If the condition 𝑄(𝑁)≥0 in (27) is satisfied, then 𝑁^∗∶=𝑁, CR(𝑁^∗)∶=CR(𝑁) and go to the

output, otherwise, let 𝑁=𝑁+1, and go to Step  3.

Output: 𝑁^∗,CR(𝑁^∗)
