A plot of the failures times of the devices from our reliability evaluation of 670 nm multimode devices translated to their equivalent failure times at the use condition of 40°C and 8 mA. The -axis is the percentage of devices that have failed. Time to 1% failure occurs at nearly 200,000 hours.
