(a) Cyclic voltammograms of the Pt nanoparticles/bilirubin oxidase Pt-film-modified Au electrode under (a) Ar-, (b) air-, and (c) O2-saturated electrolyte. The electrode was prepared using 1 : 1 molar ratio of Pt nanoparticles and bilirubin oxidase mixture using 50 electropolymerisation cycles. Data recorded in 0.1 mol dm−3 phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) at scan rate 0.005 V s−1 (from [35]).
