Source-drain current of br-SET at 0.5 V S-D bias when illuminated with LED peak intensity at 595 nm and at various on-off periods ranging from 5 to 60 seconds. The current bias at approximately 44.1 nA is apparently due to larger quantum islands allowing a constant leakage current across the SET.
