Extraction of 𝑉_𝑡 and 𝐾_𝑛 using a diode-connected transistor. Note that the offset potential produced by the reference electrode is incorporated into the estimate for threshold voltage used for design purposes. The offset voltages are −0.250 mV (blue line), 0 V (red line), and +0.250 mV (green line). The 𝑉_𝑡 of the simulated device is 0.57 V.
