Phylogenetic Diversity of Archaea and the Archaeal  Ammonia Monooxygenase Gene in Uranium Mining-Impacted Locations in Bulgaria

<table>Phylogenetic analysis of archaeal 16S rRNA gene sequences retrieved from uranium mining sites BuhC, BuhD, and Sliv. The tree was constructed using the neighbour-joining method. The 16S rRNA sequences of<i> Acidianus ambivalens</i> DS3772 and<i> Pyrobaculum islandicum</i> geo2 were used as an outgroup. The scale bar represents 0.1 changes per nucleotide position.</table>
