Venn diagrams displaying the distributions of 2,221 homologous superfamilies, 1,152 topologies, and 38 architectures of CATH domains in the proteomes of 492 fully sequenced genomes (from [145]). All distributions highlight maximum sharing in the ancient ABE and BE taxonomic groups and minimal sharing in archaeal taxonomic groups.
