In vitro expression of ORF 104 under different experimental conditions. 4 μg of in vitro-transcribed 104 mRNA were translated at different concentrations of NTPs (a) and Mg2+ (b) for 1 h in 25 μl of reaction. (c) Different amounts of pBS-rRNAp-104 plasmid were incubated with S. solfataricus whole cell extract for 60 min at 70°C in a final volume of 25 μl.
