Figure 4: Mean (±SE) tracheal and cloacal virus titers in mallard ducks inoculated with Fa/SA/05 and Fa/KW/07 viruses. Ducks () were inoculated with 10⁶ EID₅₀ of each stock virus. Virus was tittered from tracheal and cloacal swabs collected 3 days after inoculation to determine the TCID₅₀. Dashed line indicates detection limit (10 TCID₅₀/mL). BLD: below level of detection.
