XMRV Western Blot Analysis. WB analysis of CMIA reactive MACS subjects using native XMRV viral lysate and recombinant gp70 protein. XMRV-infected macaque plasma was used as positive control (PC). Sample 222 tested positive for p15E by CMIA; all the others were positive for gp70 (Table 1).
