Genetic Diversity and Phylogenetic Analysis of Citrus tristeza virus Isolates from Turkey

The amplification of 672 bp the CP gene from CTV isolates collected from different citrus growing regions of Turkey. Letters and numbers at the top indicate the names of the isolates. M1 is the HindIII digested lambda DNA and M2 is 1 kb DNA ladder. Healthy Madam Vinous sweet orange was used as negative control. Mexican lime infected with previously characterized CTV Iğdır isolate was used as the positive control.
