The phylogenetic tree showing genetic relationship among CTV isolates representing different citrus growing regions of Turkey. The phylogenetic tree was constructed with (a) nucleotide and (b) amino acid sequences of the CP gene of Turkish isolates using neighbor joining algorithm in MEGA 6 [35] and tested by a bootstrap analysis with 100 replications. The bootstraps values are shown on nodes of the phylogenetic tree.
