Genetic Diversity and Phylogenetic Analysis of Citrus tristeza virus Isolates from Turkey

The phylogenetic tree showing genetic relationship between Turkish isolates and isolates from different citrus growing regions of the world including the type isolates of previously established strain specific groups [13, 14]. The phylogenetic tree was constructed with nt sequences of the CP gene of isolates using neighbor joining algorithm in MEGA 6 [35] tested by a bootstrap analysis with 100 replications. The bootstraps values are shown on branches of the phylogenetic tree.
