Binding parameters for Aβ(1–16) + Cu²⁺ interaction. Negative  𝛿^𝜃𝐴 and 𝛿^𝜃𝐵  values indicate that Cu²⁺ could affect the structure of Aβ(1–16) and destabilize the Aβ(1–16) structure significantly. Unstable Aβ(1–16) + Cu²⁺ complex causes the aggregation of Aβ(1–16) in the brain.
