Effect of CeO2 NPs on the intracellular ROS production in the MOLT-4 cells. The cells were examined by DCFH-DA to detect the ROS status and images were taken using fluorescent microscope. A dull green fluorescence were noted on the control cells, which revealed the poor ROS production. The CeO2 NPs (30 and 40 μg/ml) administered cells revealed the higher green fluorescence, which confirms the higher ROS production.
