The forces were the ground reaction force, the force exerted by the distal phalanx on the middle phalanx (), the force exerted by the navicular bone on the middle phalanx (), the DDFT force (), the SDFT force (), the IL force (), the force exerted by the proximal phalanx on the distal metacarpus (), and the force exerted by the proximal sesamoid bones on the distal metacarpus ().
