Putative S protein amino acid sequence was analyzed to find immunogenic regions (yellow regions) and pathogenic regions (regions shared sequence homology with human proteins, blue regions). Purple regions are both immunogenic and pathogenic regions. The grey region is the leader sequence and the brown region is the transmembrane region.
