p,p^′-DDE Induces Apoptosis of Rat Sertoli Cells via a FasL-Dependent Pathway

Effect of p,p^′-DDE on NF-κB activation in rat Sertoli cells by laser scanning confocal microscope (40×). Representative images for NF-κB activation in control (a), 10 μM (b), 30 μM (c), and 50 μM (d) p,p^′-DDE-treated groups. There was a dose-dependent increase in nuclear translocation of NF-κB in Sertoli cells. In 50 μM p,p^′-DDE-treated group , the nuclear translocation was more pronounced.
