Bullatacin Triggered ABCB1-Overexpressing Cell Apoptosis via the Mitochondrial-Dependent Pathway

The structure of bullatacin (a), the overexpression of ABCB1 in KBv200 cells (b), equal amount of protein from various cells was loaded for Western blot as description in Section 2; the cytotoxicity of bullatacin (c), VCR (d), paclitaxel (e) and Dox (f) in KBv200 and KB cells. Cell survival was determined by MTT assay as described in Section 2. Data represent means and standard errors of at least a triplicate determination.
