mTERT-MSC cell line preserves Sca-1 expression on different biocompatible scaffolds. (a) Hematoxylin/eosin staining of mTERT-MSC grown on PLA films, 30  𝜇 m, 100  𝜇 m diameter microbeads, unpressed and pressed HYAFF-11 felts, after 2, 4, and 6 days in culture. (b) No significant differences in Sca-1 expression was detected in mTERT-MSC grown on the scaffolds. The results are expressed as the mean of 3 experiments, ± SEM.
