Verification of the specificity of the IRAS mAbs. (a) Identification by western blot using anti-His mAb or the mAbs DA041, DD015, BE073, BA022, and AH021 in NusA and NusA-IRA recombinant proteins. (b) The whole cell extracts derived from HEK293 cells were transfected with pEGFPC1-IRAS and the control vector pEGFPC1 plasmid, respectively. Cell lysates were prepared 48 hours after transfection and were separated by SDS-PAGE. Proteins transferred to PVDF membranes were probed with anti-GFP antibody or the mAbs DA041, DD015, BE073, BA022, and AH021. Sizes (kDa) of molecular mass marker were indicated on the left side.
