GFP detection by confocal microscopy. Polarized 16HBE41o- cells were incubated with 50 MOI LV (a) or with PEI/LV formulated at 1 × 10 7 ratio with 50 MOI LV (b). 72 hours later cells were stained with propidium iodide and analyzed by confocal microscopy.
