DEP cell trapping efficiency curves for embryonic mouse neural stem/precursor cells (NSPC), neurons and astrocytes, based on the results reported by Flanagan et al. [7]. Extrapolating this (positive) DEP data to zero cell trapping indicates that these three different cell types exhibit different cross-over frequencies. Such differences should enable the selective isolation of these different cell types from each other using DEP (e.g., [1–3]).
