Development of a FLIPR Assay for the Simultaneous Identification of MrgD Agonists and Antagonists from a Single Screen

<table>Representative FLIPR traces obtained from LOPAC screen. Compounds from the LOPAC library were applied followed by the addition of beta-alanine. Similar responses were observed for human and rat MrgD cell lines. Parental CHO-DUKX cell lines were also tested to identify nonspecific effects of test compounds.
