Cloning and expression of IL-9. (a) The coding sequence for mouse IL-9 was obtained from mRNA isolated from spleens. (b) BHK cells 48 h after the transfections with proV-IL9 and untransfected were collected, fixed, and intracellularly stained with anti-IL-9-PE. The results were analyzed by the FACScalibur.
