Effect of IL-9 as adjuvant on humoral and cell proliferative responses. (a) Serum samples from six mice per immunized group were analyzed for specific antibodies against VP1 by ELISA. Mouse IgG with a known concentration was serially diluted and a standard curve was obtained for concentration of specific binding. (b) T cells were isolated from mice (6 per group) of all groups on day 7 after the third immunization and stimulated with VP1 recombinant protein. A cell proliferation response was analyzed using MTT and expressed as stimulation index. Data showed are representatives from three independent experiments. compared with pcD-VP1 group.
