Effect of angiotensin II type 1 receptor blocker (a) and (b), T-type/L-type C a 2 + channel blocker (a) and (b), or P K C 𝜀 inhibitor (c) and (d) on the prostasin-induced CYP11B2 expression and aldosterone production in H295R cells. Cells were treated with prostasin (400  𝜇 g/mL) in the presence or absence of valsartan (100 nM), efonidipine (100 nM), or Ro-31-8220 (1 μ M).
