Cells were treated with prostasin (400 𝜇g/mL) in the presence or absence of valsartan (100 nM), efonidipine (100 nM), or Ro-31-8220 (1μM). CYP11B2 mRNA expression (a) and (c) was determined following 24-hour treatment, and aldosterone production (b) and (d) was evaluated following 48-hour treatment.
