Antiproliferative effect of rSj16 on WEHI-3B JCS cells. WEHI-3B JCS cells were incubated with 0.2 mL of medium containing different doses of rSj16 for 72 hours (a) or containing 0.5  𝜇 g/mL of rSj16 for up to 96 hours (b). The proliferation was quantified by MTT assay.
