Induction of macrophage marker expression on WEHI-3B JCS cells by rSj16. WEHI-3B JCS cells were treated for 72  hours in the presence of 0.5  𝜇 g/mL rSj16 (rSj16), 0.5  𝜇 g/mL rGST (rGST), or medium alone (untreated) and then analyzed for expression of F4/80 and Gr-1 using flow cytometry.
