Optimization of formaldehyde concentration. Jurkat cells were treated with different concentrations of formaldehyde (PFA), lysed and the cell lysates were analyzed. (a) Anti-integrin immunoblot of lysates (JB1A, anti-mouse HRP). (b) Western Blot results were quantified using ImageJ. Values obtained at 2% PFA were set to 100% and relative intensities were calculated. Protein concentration of the lysates had been determined using a BCA assay. Total protein concentrations and relative signal intensities of the western blot analysis were plotted in one graph to show the correlation between the parameters.
