Optimization of Formaldehyde Cross-Linking for Protein Interaction Analysis of Non-Tagged Integrin 𝛽1

Proteins identified in the integrin 𝛽1 complex precipitated from human platelets. Integrin 𝛽1 was precipitated by JB1B from formaldehyde cross-linked platelets. The integrin 𝛽1 complexes were identified by SDS PAGE analysis and investigated by LC-MS/MS and the GPM. Only proteins with a log(e) <−2 and which were identified in both datasets are listed. *Two different isoforms were detected in the experiments.
