A Comparative BAC Map for the Gilthead Sea Bream (Sparus aurata L.)
Figure 1
Insert size frequency distribution of consistently mapped sea bream BACs to chromosomes of three-spined stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus). Mapped BACs exhibit a shift to lower insert sizes compared to insert sizes of the BACs observed by pulse field gel-electrophoresis (according to manufacturer of the BAC library Amplicon Express, data not shown). This shift reflects the genome size difference between sea bream and stickleback.
