Western blot with AgB (a) and P29 (b) recombinants from Taenia solium was incubated with 33 hamster sera infected with T. solium tapeworms. Preimmune hamster normal sera (lane −) were used as negative controls. Hyperimmune anti-AgB and anti-P29 from T. solium sera from hamster were used as positive controls (lanes +). WB shows representative samples of the assay. Number of lanes is corresponding to serum number of the assay.
