𝐼𝐶₅₀ values (concentrations required to reduce the viability of cells by 50% as compared with the control cells) were computed using linear or nonlinear regression (three parametric Hill function) (𝑅²>0.9). They are presented as mean ± SD from at least three independent experiments. IC₅₀ values of the studied drugs for inhibition of growth of various cell lines (cells were incubated with drugs for 48 hours).
